The Kennedy Dance Company Performance Team is more than just a dance team—it's a place where young dancers grow, challenge themselves, and shine together. From high-energy competitions to inspiring community performances, our team is all about dedication, teamwork, and the love of dance.
Our KDC Performance Dance Team will represent a high-level program for intermediate dancers (ages 10–14) who are ready for more performance opportunities, including parades, sporting events, on-stage shows, community engagement events and regional and national dance competitions.

Requirement and Commitment
Where Passion Meets Performance
Requirement and Commitment
We believe in balancing fun with focus. Performance Team dancers are expected to:
- Attend weekly technique and choreography classes
- Participate in scheduled rehearsals, performances, and competitions
- Commit to a full dance season (typically October–May)
- Show a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team spirit
- Purchase of Team costumes, warm up, Poms, shoes and hairpieces will be required
